I think the idea of this is utterly awesome, I love the insights we get into the film industry via these kind of vlogs, keep them coming!

Ditto Astrid, loving the shirt/hoodie on the back of the chair

Thanks for making this KT, what an interesting life he and his father have led. Look forward to the next part!

Kelly,
First of all I would like to say that it was really exciting to watch this video interview, not only was it very interesting to hear what Robert had to say, but also because I have recently become really intersted in movie production thanks to you and the rest of the crew at Southern Gothic.

In addition to this I would like to thank you for your earlier blog posts about your trip to find snow for One Tree Hill. I saw the episode shot in Utah tonight and I was exatic right from the start because you had shared a little bit about what was going on to make this episode happen. I'm also really loving Grubs' character and the music he is sharing from Wakey!Wakey. So thankyou for all of your great work and sharing your experiences with all of us!

Yay, a vlog!! This is such a cool segment! I love learning more and more about the film idustry, so thank you for doing this! Very interesting! We all can definitely learn a lot from this.

A) Yay to actually SEEING you &

B) Jealous of that hoodie(?!) I spot behind your chair!

I love the idea of this segment, it's like the History of the Film Industry 101. So much to learn! It's fantastic hearing these stories. Had a look at Bob's career on IMDB (popularity up 216%?! SoGoPro fans at work again!)- that is quite the resume! (My Girl!!)

I love that this takes us way back to the '20s in the era of silent films and then moving to sound & beyond - News at the cinema?! Wow. How far we've come.

Pretty awesome to hear how folks start off at the bottom of the food chain. You never really think of all the "ordinary" jobs in the industry (like electricians). The spotlight is usually on the more glamorous aspects.  It IS possible to start as a little fish and work your up. You just gotta keep at it. And how refreshing to know there are people willing to show you the ropes when thrown into a new situation.

Commercials? Who knew?!

A really enjoyable first segment. Looking forward to watching the rest. Just one thing though, perhaps they could be shorter or compressed in a way? The file size kinda makes it load slowly. Or it could just be my internet connection...

Completely agreeing with all of the above!  (apart from the slow loading, no problems here)

AWESOME job kt!  I really love this segment.  It's so fascinating and interesting.
Definitely looking forward to hearing more.

Yeah that was my connection at home. Ignore that last bit then :)

I am going to re-render to a smaller file, we thought Vimeo would be able to handle the video (raw its 1 GB from the HD!!!) We should have a smaller more compressed file up tonight! Thanks guys, glad to see you all loved it as much as I did!
